Living pieces are packed with care and ship early in the week to avoid unnecessary time in transit. Available shipping methods and rates appear at checkout.
Shipping living work takes a little more care.
Here is what to expect when a botanical piece leaves the studio.
Local pickup
Albany-area pickup is available by appointment. Choose local pickup at checkout when offered, and the studio will follow up to arrange a time.
Returns
Because plants are living and each piece is unique, returns are considered individually. Contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of any concern.
Weather
We may briefly hold an order during severe heat or cold. If this happens, we will contact you and ship as soon as conditions are safer for the plant.
